Mr. Lantern is a family business — owned by the Miró family, built to last, not to flip. No call centre, no anonymous subcontractors: a small local team, and one person in charge who knows your house and your file.
That person is Joaquim: trilingual (French, English, Spanish), settled in Sutton — here year-round, down the road, not 800 km away. When a storm rolls over the Townships, he sees it from his window. He runs the operation: he schedules the visits, he reads every report before it reaches you, and when work is needed he is the one who puts you in touch with the right people.
What we do — and don’t do
We provide trusted local presence: stopping by, checking, documenting. We are not an alarm company, not a rental manager, not a building-assessment firm. One thing, done rigorously.
