A professional visits your place on a fixed schedule: weekly through winter, every two weeks the rest of the year, or on demand — depending on your plan. Never a rotating subcontractor.

The same 40-point list every visit: heating, water main, plumbing, roof, windows, basement, electrical panel, exterior, signs of pests.
You get a professional visit report
Within 24 hours: time-stamped photos, the state of the house in plain words, and our recommendations — what needs attention now, what can wait for spring, what we keep an eye on. Plus, when you need it, direct access to the RBQ-licensed tradespeople to call: we refer you, we let them in, we document the result. And your insurer gets its visit log out of it.

Weekly reports — winter
Weekly visits from November through April, when freeze risk peaks. The 40-point checklist, identical every visit.
Year-round reports
Bi-weekly the rest of the year, weekly in winter. Your cottage is never alone for more than a few days.
Single visit
A full critical-points visit, on request and with no subscription — before a rental, after a doubt. $200.
Fall closing
Pipes drained, antifreeze, full pre-winter check — with a photo of every step. From $485.
Spring opening
Water back on, winter-damage check, full report before your first weekend up.
Post-storm check
After an ice storm, a dump of snow or high winds: we stop by, we document, you know. Urgent visit $250, or included with the Vigie add-on (+$160/mo).
Arrival prep
Heat turned up, entrance cleared if needed, fridge basics on request. You arrive, it’s ready.
Tradespeople coordination
We meet the roofer or plumber on site, check the work, document it. RBQ licence required, 12% commission disclosed in your contract.
Extras on request
Deliveries, bins, watering, mail, pet visits, coordinating small jobs — a dozen extras that attach to any plan.

A dozen extras on request (deliveries, bins, watering, pet visits, coordinating work…). When we refer a tradesperson, we earn a 12% commission — disclosed in your contract, because trust doesn’t survive hidden commissions. Referred tradespeople hold their RBQ licence.

Most Québec policies require regular visits when a home is unoccupied in winter — often after a few weeks away. Without a visit log, water damage may not be covered. Check your vacancy clause, or bring your policy to the free audit: we’ll look at it together.
What counts as proof for my insurer?
A visit log: who came, when, and what was checked. Our reports are that log — time-stamped, photographed, archived. If your insurer ever asks, the answer is already in your inbox.
